Dr. Jason Watson is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Colorado Denver. He has longstanding research interests in attentional control, defined as the ability to maintain task goals and avoid sources of potential interference. His prior studies include extensive work on false memories and individual differences in attentional control, including its relevance to multitasking. Most recently, he has pursued a program of research focused on environment and cognition, particularly whether interacting with nature/urban settings may influence attentional control.
